Owner and lead instructor Lisa Hillary J has been a massage therapist and yoga instructor for over 20 years.
She is also a plant medicine healer that has used her knowledge of herbs, essential oils, and the inner workings of the body to create unique and effective classes, workshops, and treatment plans for all clients.
Reflecting on her personal journey of fighting mental health issues to guide each practice and offering, she has created a space where people can be themselves and learn how to heal the mind and body using several approaches.
